Dear Janet, Ruth and Dana

Bomza Law Group has been a great firm to work with for our immigration needs. My husband and I contacted Bomza Law Group in July of 2011 and from day one they have been helpful with every question we could of had. We worked with Lisa Dang and Donna Habsha; on our spousal sponsorship for permanent residency for Canada. I am originally from the States and my husband is Canadian. They helped us through the entire process. They provided all immigration forms to us and made sure we had all forms correct for submission. With their help we had no issues with the entire process and everything went smoothly. I received my permanent residency in October 2012. We could have never done this without their help. I highly recommend Bomza Law Group to anyone.

I have attached a copy of the work permit I received. Everything went very smoothly aside from the long delay waiting in line to see an immigration agent but as soon as I got to an agent it only took about 15 minutes.  The immigration agent was very impressed by the documentation you provided and ask that I would tell you that it was one of the most thorough and complete applications she had seen, even from other law firms.

Thank you again for your assistance.

In December 2011, I had an urgent need for a TN work permit for entry into the USA. I tried to obtain this service locally but to no avail. I eventually contacted Bomza Law Group in Toronto to see if they could assist, as I had important meetings in Houston to attend within a day. I was advised that this process would take about a week but after much late night work and dedication by the Bomza team, the documents were ready for me to present at the airport within 24 hours!! An outstanding team effort by all; true testimony of a customer focused organization that can deliver results in what seemed an impossible task. Many thanks Bomza and Mr. Ife Ashabo and his team.

Hello Immi, Lisa and Natallia

We would like to inform you that we successfully passed the interview and received Permanent Residence Confirmation.

You were right that the interview would be straight-forward.  The Officer simply checked our identification documents and did not ask any personal questions.

Immi and Lisa, you helped us out last year by taking our case.  Thanks to your confidence and professionalism, we felt that everything was under control and that everything was going to be fine.  We relied on you, and you brought us to success.  We are very happy and want to congratulate you with the victory as well!!!

Dear Lisa and Donna

Hope you remember me.  I am Rahul.  I am writing this letter overjoyed and filled with happiness and gratitude.  Yesterday, I received our passports and our travel documents with visa stamped on all 3 passports which included me, my wife and my son.

I take this opportunity to thank you and Donna for your whole hearted cooperation and transparency kept by you all the time.  Frankly speaking, when we applied last year, to be exact on September 20th, we were really in a dilemma as to whether we will get our visa or not.  We thought that it would take 2 years or more, but by God's grace and by the sincere effort by you in updating all the documents needed we have been finally rewarded.

I really liked your approach all throughout the process and I assure you that I will recommend all my friends and relatives who are looking for immigration help to Canada to your firm.  My special wishes to all your team for the support.

David Gluck wrote:

The road to immigration, for me, inadvertently started in October of 2006, when I accepted the offer to teach Yoga at a center in Toronto.  Out of this offer came an eventual work permit followed by the termination of said work permit and my personal exit from the country in the spring of 2008.  By the time I left Canada, however, I had already built a life here, found a home, and had met a girl.  I tried to live my life in the States: studying and working in the American Southwest and California, and applying myself in earnest.  Yet, I never stopped considering Canada my home and my heart, nor this girl my life.  I returned as often as I could.  Every chance that we got, and could afford, this woman and I would get together, spending long periods of time together in the deserts surrounding Tucson or in her Toronto condominium.  Love flourished.

By late 2009, the woman (Anita Soutendam) and myself (David Gluck) wished to try and live our lives together in full.  This presented one major problem: I am from the States and she’s Canadian.  While it is true that the borders between our two countries are not marked by treacherous craters in the earth, nor some mysterious vacuum that sucks one into another dimension, nor a fire breathing dragon on guard duty, and while the division between these countries is only an imaginary line - an idea held in the minds of people – or printed on a map, the border itself, unfortunately, was real enough, and Anita and I had no idea how to dismantle it so that we could live a life together.

In attempts to overcome this problem, Anita and I visited one immigration expert, one sleazy and expensive lawyer, read all of the documents and watched all of the videos about becoming a citizen of the Great White North (painstakingly compiled by Anita’s loving father), and tried, to frustrating finish, to complete the applications for immigration ourselves.  Infuriated, dismayed, and downhearted that two university graduates could not figure out the process of immigration, I started the laborious process of finding an immigration lawyer that fit into our budget and our personalities.

Donna Habsha was the eleventh or twelfth immigration lawyer that I called; and what immediately floored me about her was one simple thing: she listened to me.  The second amazing thing was that she called me back – and what I mean by that is that it seemed like she genuinely wanted to work with us and help us solve our problem of immigration.  Simply put, I met a kind and compassionate person that truly wanted to serve us in this journey.  For all the cynics out there, I know this may sound naive, and you might say that she was just being a good sales woman, but what I was reacting to was a gut thing that hit me that this woman was sincere and the real deal.  It turned out that my gut was right, as Donna (as well as Lisa, her immigration paralegal) proved this to be the case time and time again through the process of my immigration to Canada.

Before I gush, I would like to say, for the record, and without sentiment, that Donna and Lisa, aside from possessing the quality of integrity, are also just very good at their jobs.  All you folks who are considering Bomza law Group – Immigration Lawyers should know that Donna and Lisa are, simply put, excellent.  Both Donna and Lisa look for solutions rather than obstacles, and have the ability to think outside of the box when obstacles do arise.  Furthermore, they both have winning attitudes and are personally determined to see that your case is successful.  Donna and Lisa also strive to understand your person and your unique journey through immigration and see that, to the extent that it is possible, neither is compromised.

Through the entirety of the immigration process both Donna and Lisa were available for phone calls and endless emails.  They also were not afraid to give me a professional and courteous nudge when I hit a discouraging bump, thus ensuring that the timeline of the immigration process would keep on schedule as much as possible.  They also did this to themselves: when an unforeseen snag arose, as I’m sure they always must, neither of them settled, rather they doubled their efforts to get things back on track again.  And their constant availability was reassuring on many a worried night, and made the process seem almost like a group of friends or family where on this journey together rather than lawyer and client.

And speaking of family and friends: Donna and Lisa became reassuring household names.  My family and friends often said things like, “Well have you spoken to Lisa”, or “What did Donna say.”  This is quite a different experience compared to: “What did the immigration lawyer say.”

Donna and Lisa were consummate professionals, truly kind and generous and warm people who shared in our victories with as much joy as both Anita and myself.  Donna and Lisa have great humor to both their persons and in their work and are patient and reassuring as well.  By the end I felt that Donna and Lisa had become confidants, if not friends.  They gave Anita and I our life together, and for that there is no word of gratitude or thanks that is high enough – no accolade paying tribute to their character would do them justice as all falls so incredibly short in the face of such a staggeringly magnanimous gift.

Thank you!  Thank you!  Thank you!  There will never be enough thanks to express my extreme gratitude to Bomza Law Group for making my and my husband’s dreams finally come true after 2 years of marriage.

I first started out this process overwhelmed with all the information that was required and needed in order to bring my husband over to Canada as a permanent resident.  After a few months of trying to get everything done on my own and being completely frustrated, I came across Bomza Law Group’s information on the internet.  I ended up giving in and contacting the law firm for some advice on what to do and how to get there.  Veronica Zanfir answered all my questions and spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone making sure I was completely sure with my decision to use the firm.  From the beginning to the end of the process I have been nothing but happy with the quality and professionalism.

I must say I am extremely impressed with Lisa Dang, our paralegal.  Not only did she have to put up with numerous I am sure, annoying emails from myself asking if there was any news, she was able to assure me that everything was going as planned and I had nothing to worry about.  I owe a lot to Lisa and feel that she is a complete asset to your firm.

Immi Sikand, who took over for Veronica for a while, helped me with the overseas two-way call between the firm, myself and my husband in Lebanon.  Never did I feel overwhelmed when sitting with her.  She was able to fully explain what would happen during our interview in Lebanon and gave us some good advice as well with how to prepare.

I will forever be in debt to Bomza Law Group and the staff there.  I will always recommend you when I have the chance.  Thank you so much for your help in getting my husband here to finally start a life together.

I chose Bomza Law Group back in 2009 upon receiving news from Canadian Immigration that my current student status was no longer to be renewed and had to leave the country in 90 days.

As most people placed in the scary situation of having to leave behind a life they have built up within a country which they consider as home and return back to a country of their birth which they no longer associate with can be devastating. The most important part is leaving behind loved ones and friends especially as I had been involved with a girlfriend and we were both living together at the time.

I spent the whole night searching the internet, through immigration forums trying to find answers but none could satisfy the doubts and questions which I had. I then came across a forum which Veronica Zanfir, a lawyer working for Bomza Law Group, had responded to with respect to immigration and that is what brought me to Bomza.

I had heard horror stories regarding immigration lawyers within Canada i.e. taking money without producing any results, charging high fees, purposely harming a person's chances of easy immigration to Canada to prolong the process and lastly taking their time to submit a client's files etc. I had in the past met with several lawyers but upon meeting them the first words to be mentioned was not "tell me what I can do for you" was this is a free consultation and our fees are this.

As I was placed in a delicate and sensitive situation and was emotionally drained I needed both reassurances and required someone to step in and take the weight off my shoulders. In the past I had applied for PR and student extensions by myself using the guides off the internet, however this led to my problems of applications being refused and no extension or visa granted, therefore I decided I needed a professional opinion.

I met with Veronica Zanfir and we discussed my situation. I was extremely depressed before going to her office thinking there were no other options open to me and that I ultimately would have to leave the country. I showed her the letter from immigration and was shocked when I was told in fact I do have more than one option open at this stage and the 90 days warning to leave is not as serious as I first thought. She kindly provided me with assistance without even once mentioning the fees involved this was only brought up as I asked for it first.

Upon leaving her office it felt that a weight had been lifted and I felt more confident about my situation and the advice provided was what I was looking for.

I am pleased to announce that I am now a permanent resident of Canada, and all thanks goes to Bomza Law Group. I took the free advice given to me and then gave my whole case to Veronica to handle. She arranged a Paralegal to specifically take care of both my wife's and my every need. Ms. Lisa Dang our assigned Paralegal was amazing throughout and not once did either my wife or I feel we were facing the situation alone and without hope. We received constant communication by email, phone and were invited to their offices any time to discuss anything we required.

I would love for anyone in the same situation to trust Bomza Law Group as out of all the hundreds of lawyers out there these are the real deal. I still unfortunately hear horror stories from friends of mine going through the similar situation and having paid thousands to lawyers that promised them the world but delivered none and are now stuck with both debt, depression and in a bad situation.

Lastly, I will say this: not once was I or my wife hounded for payments. This law group is not driven by the dollar but by its successes. We were told that payment schemes could be worked out and that as they understand finances can be tight with limited income coming in. I would like to mention that not at all did I feel like a "client" but was treated with respect, compassion and most important, like an individual.

Thank you so much Bomza and your team of amazing professionals.

The Bomza Law Group has not only been instrumental in the success of my transition to the United States since my move from Toronto to Florida in 2005, but also has been one of the best resources and support systems over the past few years, both personally and professionally. When you are moving your life to another country, there is a great deal at stake. There is no other team I would entrust with this process more than the Bomza Group. It is with great appreciation, for all of their help and continual guidance, that I would highly recommend their entire team for any of your immigration needs.

I wish to offer my sincere thanks for all of your excellent work in the preparation of my documentation for a TN Visa application in the Management Consultant category, and of course, for your expert advice along the way. During our initial consultation, you were very open and honest about the fact that no Visa can ever be guaranteed to be granted, but that I would have the best chances with your firm's services. Now that the process is over, and my Visa was granted so quickly, I would have to agree. Your advice not only helped me understand the process (and the risks) better, but it also gave me the confidence to move forward with the process. In addition, the documentation was put together extremely professionally, increasing the odds my application would be accepted. My application package was in fact so well prepared that the customs officer didn't have a single question for me after reading it!!! The Visa was simply granted immediately after he read it.

I will highly recommend your firm's services to anyone needing professional immigration representation.

We had been to the US consulate in Buffalo on the 27th of July 2005 to apply for multiple entry exit visas, as our current visas are expiring on June 30, 2005. The consular officials informed us that our permanent residency application was in order and that they would give us our landing documents. It was an unexpected but pleasant surprise! We are very happy. We landed in Canada via the Peace bridge. I am sending you the scanned copies of our landing documents.

The immigration officers said that our PR cards will be ready in 4-6 weeks time. They said they will send us a letter informing us the time and place we can pick up our PR cards from.

Thanks for your help! We would like to thank your team especially Vivien and the others for their professional competence and courteous service.
